Concentration: Litigation, Insurance Defense, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Construction, Insurance Coverage, Defamation, and Employment Litigation.

Ms. Lindley focuses her practice on the defense of litigated matters.  Her experience includes the areas of transportation law, premises liability, products liability, construction and construction defect law, libel and slander and insurance coverage disputes, as well as general business litigation.  She also has jury and bench trial experience.  In addition to her law practice, Ms. Lindley previously served as an adjunct professor at Indiana University/Purdue University-Indianapolis, where she taught in the area of litigation.  Ms. Lindley received her bachelor of science degree in journalism from the University of Illinois, and her law degree magna cum laude from the University Illinois College of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Lindley served as Associate Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review, received honors as an Albert J. Harno scholar and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Contracts/Sales I.  Ms. Lindley is admitted to practice in all state courts in Indiana, as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  

Ms. Lindley is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association.  She is very active in the community, having served as a volunteer for Legal Lines, a project of the Indianapolis Bar Association, as well as the Susan G. Komen Foundation Race for the Cure in Indianapolis.  She is a past member of the Indianapolis Junior Chamber of Commerce, from whom she received the Jaycee of the Year award, and was co-chair of the Uncle Sam Jam, the organization’s largest fundraiser.  She is an avid animal lover, and works to promote the adoption of shelter pets.
